I think you will find that they are no longer a PIO (Passport Issuing Office), if indeed they still exist as a society - thought it folded when the lady that ran it sadly passed away and there was no-one to take it over.
Anyone with a spotted horse reading this could I please advise that you speak to someone from one of the breed societies before you send your precious paperwork out (mainly to be sure you are sending it to the right person). And when you do post it out send it REGISTERED / SPECIAL DELIVERY. The breed society that I am involved with have passports and paperwork going astray because people stick any old stamp on it and hope for the best! Then they get cross when these things don't come back to them within a week! This probably applies to other PIOs too I suspect. :)

yup! dissolved in february on companies house

OP - if this is the case then your passport will end up in Belfast if there was no-one to receive it - or if it was kept at the post office and a card put through the door of the old office address. It will come back to you eventually - IF your details are inside the passport.
Think it takes about 4-6 weeks.

PLEASE anyone wanted to make changes/transfer ownerships of passports make sure you know that it is going to the right person and send it registered / special delivery. Most importantly get it weighed at the post office. And don't forget to put your details inside.
Then if all else fails it will get back to you. Good luck.
