Hi All

I have a baby pony (4) currently being broken in as we speak, I don't plan on doing anything major this year but just thinking where she might fit showing wise for you experts out there?

Shes 15.1 right now, should finish off a nice 15.2/15.3 and is very loudly marked across her bum with black spots, and the rest of her is grey/white varnished

Would she fit in a riding horse class, or more sports horse?

She is not appaloosa - she is knabstrupper (hence spots) x TB so is registered AES - Potentially she could be overstamped SHB (GB) if needed?

Hopefully Pic attached (last summer - shes grown a fair bit since then up and out!)

thanks

TBH because of her colouring I wouldnt bother showing her in affiliated hunter or riding horse classes, its hard enough with a normal splodgy coloured in those classes let alone anything something spotty.

If you want to go affiliated I think your options are going to be fairly restricted, sports horse is a potential but you will be up against many warmbloods.
at local level there will be many classes you can go in and the bias against spotties is no where near as bad.
