If you put two spotties together would you be garanteed a spotty foal- or does it still come down to their colour genetics?

Two spotted horses = 50% spotted 50% solid. To guarantee a spotted foal you need to use a true few spot parent and a solid parent. One spotted parent to one true fewspot parent is 50% spotted/pattern and 50% fewspot.
