Spray white for socks?

I saw someone using a spray-on whitening product at a show a while ago and am wondering if anyone know where online to get it / who does such a thing? Mainly for touching up socks in between classes etc.

Yeah, ellie uses it at our yard, works a treat! As above it is by Supreme Show Products, i think
