Sprenger Bit Sizing

Hi - my horse wears a 5.5inch Myler and we are looking at trialling a Sprenger bit, sadly their sizing is confusing the hell out of me!?
The Myler bit measures 14cm, bang on and is a 5.5 inch, perfect - SIMPLE!!!
Sprenger give me the option of 135cm or 145cm....if you have a Sprenger and your horse is a typical 5.5 inch what size did you go for please?

I believe you need to get 145 and it should be 14.5 to be a 5.5"
