anyone know if is this is dressage legal? will check my german rule book tonight, but presuming if not legal in UK will not be in DE

Hi - I have this bit and as far as I'm aware it isn't BD legal which is a shame as its not much different to a hanging cheek really. I haven't checked in the rule book recently so if anyone can say differently I'd be interested too as my mare goes nicely in it.
