Spring Halt

Hi all

My mare has been at the vets for scans today (been intermittently lame since Christmas)

Vet has found that she has developed a 'spring halt'.
I've never even heard of this??

Any info/experiences any of you could share would be greatly appreciated

Ah, well in that case all I know is what google tells me. I don't have any direct experience of a horse having it. It sounds as if it can be managed in many cases so I hope it works out for you and your mare.

never heard of been refered to as 'springhalt' I was just about to correct you before I saw the above post.lol
