Spring has sprung !!

It's official, I heard the cuckoo this morning & saw loads of butterflies. Had a super hack in the warm sunshine, the birds were busy & even saw some bees.

Absolutely gorgeous here in Staffs. Had a lovely hooly round the farm ride first thing, no coat on, then took advantage of the sunshine and washed his nibs mane, tail and legs

Was umming and aahing as to whether to turn out with no rug, but decided to put LW on, glad I did as clouding over now.

Gorgeous day here. Went spectating at Hambledon and nearly got sunburnt. Seriously regretting wandering around with one sleeve rolled up and the other not (no I don't know why I do that).

It has been a truly glorious spring day here too, had a wonderful hack this morning and been pottering, did the weekly shop and played a little tennis with the OH, now chilling with a beer and the sun is still shinning and the birds are still chattering away, really does feel like spring
