Spring is definitely nearly here!

Well Fleur seems to think so! Firstly in season so much so I had to drag her in from field as she was intent on 'presenting' herself to a gelding on route in.

Then stole housemate's saddle (with permission

) which is a passable fit as didn't fancy riding bareback in the little indoor again so went in the large outdoor. Oh boy did we have fun, cracking bronco session that even YO watched and proceeded to say "bl**dy well sat" to

our spring grass isn't even through yet so god help me when it does appear!!

My friends 16 year old mare was full of the joys of spring this morning on our hack. She bucked and cantered off up the hill and then cantered off up another track too

. Her rider got her back very quickly though

Monty was very good though, bless him! I think they had swapped places and he was the 16 year old and she was the 6 year old today
