Hi there, I'm looking to get a boy springer spaniel pup but can't seem to find any in my area (hertford in hertfordshire) Can anybody help??? Do you know any reputable breeders?? Thanks.

Buy a copy of the Shooting Times - theres usually plenty in there

Are you prepared to travel? Try the Champdogs website, put it in google - can't remember the address. That has a list of breeders who may be able to help.
Alternatively, go on the Kennel Clubs website, Discover Dogs, Gundog Group, SS and on the bottom of that page will be the SS club secs number. The club sec can put you in contact with people who have litters or are planning litters. That's the best way to get hold of a reputable breeder!

I would try the kennel club website, look under puppy sales. you can search by breed and area. Thats how i sold mine.

My daughter lovely springer is about to have pups (working strain) - end April but she is in N Yorks - I am sure you will find some near to you than that but PM me if you dont
