Springhill anyone?

Did anyone do springhill on 28th August? I went for the first time and thought it ws a really nice event (sj quite tough)!
Did the Novice, had a 30 dressage (best this season!) and was clear around the SJ until the final four fences, when one of my stirup leathers broke and I lost my other stirup! Managed to cling on but had next 3 fences down, my mare couldnt decide weather to buck me off or keep going, luckly keep't going!! Oli townsend was next in, so saw it all. Very, very embaressing! Had clear xc, so not all bad!

well done, shame about the tack failure!!
Ony been to springhill once but thought it was lovely, shame it runs same weekend as Highclere otherwise I'm sure it would be much better supported

bad luck about the stipup what a shame someone i know came second in the novice there!! which i think was only his 4th novice !!

Not doing too well this month! 1 Tack failure, and a wardrode malfunction at Sapey when my nice new (expensive!) jodphurs split up the bum whilst getting on!! Not a good look!
