Springsteen Offspring (also in breeding)

My friend is looking at possibly buying a yearling by him and I just wondered if anyone had any experience with his offspring? Any thoughts welcome!

My friend has a 4yr old Springsteen gelding. He's a big 17h but quite short coupled, really well put together. He's a real sweety 99% of the time, very people orientated and willing to please. He moves beautifully. The other 1% of the time he can be quite sharp, he rears a lot in the field which has resulted in a fairly serious injury which thankfully he has now recovered from. He has reared in hand but not when ridden (touch wood!!). On the whole he is a top quality horse who is just a bit sharp but as he is only 4 I'm sure he will grow out of it.

No, different breeder but out of a quality mare with good breeding.
