I did think about trying it with Twiggy this year but have decided it might be better if we do it next year when she has a foal at foot so that they can see what she can produce.
I've a good mind to go and watch though and see how it's all managed for next year!

I had wanted to take Candlelite and Bunty but I'm not prepared to travel them 5 1/2 hrs each way.

took mine last year with foal at foot and she passed. Four year old and never been off my place where she was bred.

I didn't go overnight but I did book a 'day stable' for her and the foal.

there have been regular 'nags' about the venue being only at Heart of England as it is a long journey for anyone in the south.

However despite the nags there is no sign of any other southern venue or grading appearing any time soon - so if it's at HoE this year - assume it'll be there next year.
