SPSS STALLION GRADING QUESTION

Could anyone please help, have look on the SPSS website (im sure its there but i just cant see it atm) When a stallion has been awarded a 2year licence with the SPSS, would level of competition or progency success does the stallion have to attain to gain a permant license??

I thought that and i know the german books do, require the stallion to be re-exammined usually the number of mares is restricted too. it then gets its full grading approval in the next year or within a stated time span some books two years, if it has continued along the right lines or not as the case may be. often they have to prove themselves undersaddle in the performance test or in competition.
I know SHB [GB] operate along these lines and i thought for any stud book in the WBF had to have the same or similar criteria.
I know thats what happened to Kevin Z he did get approval with th SHB GB one year but on re presentetion the following year they felt that although he was a fabulous sports horse he was not a progenator , they are different things and rightly so.[He is now with the AES]
Anyway thats my experience not sure about the SPSS so i dont suppose that helps in the slightest!!!!
