This is a copy of the email i've just recieved from the friend who i've loaned Squeak to for the season to hunt...

"Well we survived another day!

A lot less standing up and really quite well behaved for his first proper days hunting.

That said I sit here with a split lip (banged on his neck), a sore arse! my gripping muscles are screaming at me and my arms are about 3 inches longer. Conclusion: Loved every minute of it! We jumped 20/25 fences from simple rails to ditches to walls to tiger traps to the occasional very tricky number. He did very well but did much better when ridden in and told what to do rather than just left to get on with it (a tendency to take off very very early!).

He seems to be quite fit and as eager on the way home as on the way to the meet. We had had a good day and it was time to turn for home at 2.15 getting back to the box at 2.45. A short but full day.

He mucked about a lot less though took a real hold today but not badly. After the first "run" I retired to the back of the field to "cool off". This didn't last! There was only one place he was going to settle, beside the field master. That's why we had some fun and left at second horses.

And here are some pics, to prove to you that he is indeed the son of the devil (notice the direction the ears point).

Great email, and I think you might have a fight on your hands getting him back lol
He along with snoop can be called Damion from now on! those ears are scary lol

haha it did make me laugh! the guy has a great sence of humour, which i guess he needs to be hunting Squeak!!
Not sure which hunt he's with, but somewhere not far from Aldon.

If close to Aldon definitely Cattistock. They jump some really great stuff - lots of nice hedges.
God if he is like this on the first day what will he by like by the end of season!!
