I know this won't mean much to many people, but I handled a VA4 (Sieger) dog during ring training today and I am in lurve!

(We shall skim over the bit where I was completely out of breath after two laps of the ring in fast trot and I had to hand him back to his owner, but hey, it's a big ring )

He was super and beautifully trained and it was a real privilege, just a delightful male and I am sorry I was so unfit and **** that I couldn't show him off to his full advantage

That's not to say I don't love my hairy hooligans too

Impressive. Sounds like you need to get those running spikes out and get into training.

I'm so annoyed with myself, I will have to start running again, I was running fit last year but I lost my two 'charges' so I didn't see the point.
I could walk forever, but can't run the length of myself

He was such a beauty, you could tell the quality a mile off, he jumped out of the van and everyone went 'wow - who is THAT?'
