does anyone have any links to a site that states the sspca can not enter your property or demand horses are put down or taken away please unless its been in court

They need a warrant to enter a domestic property. But providing they have one they can't be prevented from removing that animal, or having it destroyed if they feel it's in the interest of the animal.

SSPCA would need a vet to advise PTS was necessary I believe.

Their increase powers that mean they can remove 'to prevent suffering' do seem to have gone to their heads!

I know the RSPCA can't enter your property without the police present and a court order, not sure about the SSPCA.
