Hi there - i am new to H&H forum, but was really hoping that some of you may be able to help me.
We have recently purchased a field for our horses to graze, however after a few weeks of our small grey pony being on it, he came out in the horrid scabs/ulcers etc, after an expensive vets bill we found out it was St Johns Wort photosensitiivity. We have now moved him to another paddock and all is well.
However when we walked the field, it became apparent that it is absolutely EVERYWHERE. We have tried numerous sprays, yet none have killed it. Does anyone know anything about this, or any chemical sprays that will get rid of it?
PLEASE help - at this rate we are going to have to plough it, which will mean my horses have to go on livery, which i really cant afford.
Thanks in advance!
