Stable conundrum

Posting on behalf of a friend.

Would you rather put a heavyweight 16.2 in a stable which is 11x11 but with 24/7 turnout in summer and full day turn out in winter

Or same horse in a 14 x 14 stable with day grazing in summer and 2 hours turnout in winter?

These are the options available
