Stable mirrors

Hi guys, i'm thinking of getting hector one as at night he cant see other horses- its not as though he cares lol, but i just like the thought that he will have company at night, so..
Does anyone have one ? and if so are they safe and does you horse like it,?

Appreciate any advise on also were to purchase one , thanks x

Got mine from ebay, search for stable mirrors. It's acrylic and 4' x 3', cost about £35. Horse loved it used to stand by it for hours and go to sleep. Which reminds me, must move it into his new box.....

I bought an Amigo stable mirror they come in different sizes and are acrylic, also come with the screws and fitting instructions. I bought one as we only have two horses and one gets upset when the other one goes out on their own.
My OH's horse hated her stable mirror and was attacking it and trying to kick it so we had to take it down. But have only heard good things about them from other people.

we have four at work some horses like them some dont. ours are polished aluminum look good cant remember where they are from

My boy had to be kept on his own for a while, so I got one.

He loved it! Stood there rubbing his nose at his reflection, and totally fell in love with himself! The great loon.

Think they're a good idea for horses if you need to keep on their own for whatever reason, or be stabled on their own, tho' aware it doesn't help all situations.
