Stable rental options Northamptonshire

Hello all I am new to this site so hopefully I am posting In the right area!

We have bought a property with 4 acres behind it and 5 stables with tack room. Decent paddocks in good condition but no other extras.

Just wondering if it's worth our time and effort renting stables out to local people? It's not a financial reason, more that it seems a waste to have them sitting empty.

Time wise, we are both full time working people with two kids.

Any advice would be great fully appreciated. Many thanks and brilliant site.xx

It would maybe beneficial to rent out your stables and land to one person with a few horses, you could ask a reasonably low rent if they maintain the fencing etc. Working full time with 2 children I assume what family time you have is precious and it would mean that you don't have to maintain/top the 4 acres which will take time and money, also having just one person with a few horses will mean less people coming and going and hopefully no bickering. Please get an adult and don't be afraid to ask for references and set up a contract.
