I'm seeming looking for the impossible here.
I need a new stable rug for Chester, preferably with a neck as he is fully clipped. At least 300g filling (as he feels the cold). He's 6ft3. Not hugely expensive please.

Try an outdoor rug. They are all breathable and keep the horse much cleaner as the wet doesn't seep through if they lie down.
I'd suggest a weatherbeeter or shires. Not sure where you are but Hertford Horse Bits are usually good on price. Give them a call as they don't have everything on their website
