Stable rugs

Any recomendations for a heavy stable rug that stays "heavyweight" after a wash? Mine all seem to go flat and less warm after couple of washes - and I only wash once a yr.

Looking for a thick 300g + stable rug to go with under rug for my clipped horse so I can reduce rugs she has on.

Less than £50?

I'm happy for clean 2nd hand / ebay if still very warm 6'6"

Shires have a really good range, reasonably priced, and wash well we have a washing machine at work and wash them all the time and they still think. Order there catoluge though the website has a rubbish range.

The Shires (think it's Chillcheater) is great and stays thick and lovely, had mine now for years and it's still thick and plumped up.
