Stable window

My lami mare is still on box rest. I want to put a window at the back of her stable so she can look out. I have spoken to our builder and this is what I want.


It will open outwards so she can put her head out and soak up UV'S
It will either have shutter for the window to protect in winter weather or it will not .
This will be her view

and the wall as it is now

Who can recommend a company that has an opening window outwards about 3ft by 3ft 3 high without bars on

Just get a joiner to make you one, its a simple job

We have top stable door type window where the frame is like a normal stable door but the centre is window with the mesh to protect the window.

Its known as a top half door with integral fixed window.

It works really well, we are in the Cairngorms so sometimes the weather is soooo bad I have to close the window but my mare can still see out.

You might even be able to buy one from Saltire or someone local to you and then just get someone to make the hole and fit it
