I am looking for some stable wraps for Baron. I want some that wick away the moisture and dry his legs as quickly as possible. They wont be left on overnight, just for an hour or so.

Or if anyone has any other handy hints to dry his legs off quickly im open to suggestions. Would fleece bandages do the job??

So any ideas where to get the wraps? Cheap as possible please.

I don't reckon fleece bangades would do much good... I know people who swear by the Thermatex leg wraps, I don't know how quickly they dry legs but my Thermatex rug is really good!

I borrowed a set of thermatex leg wraps to dry my horses legs, and they were almost dry within the hour. They're excellent, but not cheap to buy new ones.
I was going to ask for some for xmas until my saddle started pinching and I had to ask for contributions towards a saddle fund instead.

I've found that fleece bandages don't really work.

I have the thermatex wraps managed to get them for £25 at Your Horse Live, they're fab really wick the wet off although I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving them on overnight they aren't really fitted enough, should serve your purposes though. Not sure whether colin cook/ thermalux do them might be a bit cheaper.

I have just seen some thermalux ones on ebay while looking up the thermatex ones. They are £35 for the full set which seems a fair bit cheaper than the thermatex ones.

Has anyone tried these before? I dont want to go for the cheap option if they are competly useless

Thermatex / thermalux will both do the job fine. If you arent leaving them on overnight then it doesnt even matter what the outer material is providing the inner is good. Therefore I'd go for whichever you can pick up the cheapest.

I use the equilibrium stable wraps and they're fabulous, but a tad more expensive because they're shaped to allow them to give more support over longer periods.

Avoid bandaging as others said
