Stables available in Magor (private yard)

I have a couple of stables free at my house in Magor and I'm looking for somebody to fill them to help with costs and keep me company! 1-2 stables available, shared or individual grazing and nice hacking. I have a 20x40 school but the surface isn't great so wouldn't be any good for anybody who wants to use it for higher levels, although I do box to a school 5 minutes away.

Hi are your stables still available? Our current place is sold and not sure how things will work out with the new owner so weighing up options.
How many horses do you have & how much land??
