I've just had to pick my ex-racehorse up from his loan home and it's left me with a bit of a problem!!!
I keep my horses at my Grandmothers house where we have 2 stables and 2 acres of land. Due to unforseen circumstances last year I ended up with 5 horses / ponies there over the Winter on really heavy clay - not a fun winter.
Two went out on loan but I've just got the ex-racer back and can't face having all 4 of them there over next winter.
I'm looking for loaners / sharers and have one for sale but not much interest at the moment so am thinking I'll need to find stables / grazing. I've looked at a couple of DIY yards but can't afford the £30 per week per box.
Any suggestions as to where I can look? I've tried google but am struggling to find anywhere to rent . . .
