Stables to rent - what to Charge

Just doing a bit of research really.... What would you charge in rent a month for:

a) 3.5acres with very good natural shelter with Water on Site (Tap and Automatic waters in field)

b) all of the above with also 2 brand new Stables, Tackroom, Haybarn (although no hacking or school - unless riding on field)

c) all of the above with access to ride in a manage


Just trying to find out if investing in stables etc would be worthwhile regarding monthly rent?

Location is North London.

I would say around £200 - £250 per month

duno about charges but why cant you be in West London!!

A) 200 b) 350 c) 425 easily! This is taking location into account as the presiding factor. I should imagine you can charge a premium!

I pay £50/week for option C. 20x40 school, 2 stables, 12x24 locked storage barn for hay, feed, etc, field shelter on the yard, and 3.5 acres. Hacking on quiet roads/lanes.
