Stables to rent

Would anyone be interested in or know of a good place to advertise the use of 6-8 stables on a yard that has gallops, covered horse walker, small indoor school, outdoor planned for next year, grass jumping paddock, grass schooling arena, lunge pen, individual paddocks, good hacking barely a mile away on quiet country lanes and good road links? It would probably suit someone looking to have a base to train from either racehorses or endurance horses, until we get the outdoor then would suit all types of competitive rider. Also, what would someone be prepared to pay for the block or per stable? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Which bit of Wales are you in? If you're near Cardiff the price is going to be much higher than if you're in deepest darkest mid-Wales

We are near Cardiff, just off Jct34 M4, although you wouldn't know it as the yard is lovely and peaceful and quiet with stunning views.
