I have a pure White show jumping horse but he has yellow stains on his back legs. I know in show jumping your horses appearance isn't judged like in showing but I would like him to look clean I have tried -
every White horse shampoo that derby house has
BOTTLES of talk in powder
chalk block
My friend who is a hair dressers gave me this shampoo that they use to strip colour out of peoples hair
I read that vinegar works so I tried that
Fairy liquid

But nothing works ! any other ideas ? (:

I've just ordered the cowboy magic. On the seller's eBay page it mentions 50/50 vinegar and warm water. They to leave it to soak for 5 mins.

If the yellow is a chemical stain, then it's down to lots of washing. Then when it finally comes white, keeping it white with regular washing.
You might need to wait for the stained hair to 'moult' out. I had to do that with Star.

In the mean time, whitening powder, applied with a damp sponge covers it up brillantly. As does the white spray from Supreme.
