I am going to the Hartpury stallion show tomorrow, but I've never been to one before. What can I expect? Are the horses loose jumped, schooled round show jumps etc?
It's a two hour drive away and initially I was meant to be going with a friend, but because of the bad weather she's unable to come. So my dad has kindly offered to take me (he's completely non-horsey and my mum nearly fainted when he offered) but I'm really worried it'll be a massive bore, and a big disappointment. I'll probably go regardless as this is a one time offer from my dad!
