I can't believe it's my baby's 2nd birthday. After years of planning, health tests for mum and searching for the perfect dad 2 years ago today she was born and those 2 years have gone so quickly!

Thank you all.
It's more unbelievable that she's 2 already as I bred her and it was a couple of years of planning, finding the right stud dog and getting all the health tests done for her mum, then the waiting for the litter to be born and watching the little bundles grow, letting the other 3 pups go off to their new homes, then watching Star grow and develop.

1 has gone to a pet home, I get to see her alot and she's a happy little girl. 1 has gone to someone that has Skye's brother and she is doing agility with them, should see them at the weekend at an agility show. The other pup went to someone that was going to do agility with her, but unfortunately I don't hear from her, so I don't know if she has or not.

i know exactly what you mean. I went through all this, years of planning,health tests and then mated my bitch - she didn't take. Found out a few months later she was stone deaf! Honestly we had had no idea and it was only after she went up to g6 and I couldn't understand how I couldn't get her round clear and she seemed to be randomly shooting off and locking onto things. Have just had her speyed, was gutted
All that time and planning Sorry to go O/T a bit. Enjoy your girl, so special to have bred her
