I'm in the very early stages of starting my own tack shop/ equestrian retail venture! Looking for a bit of advice really (other than don't do it!) and also looking to buy job lots of equestrian items (new only)
I have premises in a good location, and a large network for word of mouth sales. I have links to wholesale suppliers but want to get established first. Who has done it before?
