Hi, I'm considering having a yard with atleast 5 boxes, it has all year turnout, a few xc jumps, arena with mirrors and jumps etc.
The yard is based between Bridgwater and street in somerset, close to milfield school.
I was thinking of taking on some part, full or schooling and breaking liveries.
But i have no idea what sort of prices people are willing to pay for these services.
horses would be kept on straw (shavings if preferred) ad lib medow haylage,

Also would there be any people interested or will i be struggling to fill the stables - which is my worry.

Interested in peoples opinions and advice,
thanks very much!

I dont think you would have trouble filling the stables.
Its a good area.
But your best bet is to call around a few loacal yards and ask what they charge and if they have spaces.

Good luck

There's a strong demand for DIY livery with plenty of turnout in this area. I'm not sure the part/full livery is so much in demand but that's only from my own experience.
It sounds great- could you PM me exactly where it will be?
