Hi, I'm considering having a yard with atleast 5 boxes, it has all year turnout, a few xc jumps, arena with mirrors and jumps etc.
The yard is based between Bridgwater and street in somerset, close to milfield school.
I was thinking of taking on some part, full or schooling and breaking liveries.
But i have no idea what sort of prices people are willing to pay for these services.
horses would be kept on straw (shavings if preferred) ad lib medow haylage,

Also would there be any people interested or will i be struggling to fill the stables - which is my worry.

Interested in peoples opinions and advice,
thanks very much!

There are already quite a few people who are well established doing this in the area. I would probably recommend against it if you are relying on the training liveries to pay for t he yard, as I know from experience that you spend months without a livery then ten want you at once.
