Staying near Badminton bit of help needed please??

I can recommend an excellent B&B just outside Calne, (nr Chippenham) which would be about a 40 minute drive to Badminton.

I think that you've have problems getting somewhere now. We booked somewhere for the Saturday night but we decided about a month ago to drive up on the Friday and stay an extra day. We rang everywhere and couldn't get in, or if we did find somewhere it was £200 for the night. We ended up booking into the Holiday Inn @ Swindon. Think its right on the M4 and it doesn't look too far away. Start ringing around asap if you can. Good luck

Tricksy - you will be fine at the Holiday Inn, its right on Junc 16, and Badders is just a short drive up the M4

You can choose whether you come off at Junc 17 or 18; there isnt much in it!

Can also point you (and anyone else who is looking!) to some nice pubs in the area if you like!

I keep my horse at a B&B nr Lacock, they may well be booked up for badders, but not 100% sure so worth a call. About a 30 min drive

ohh - we are staying in a B&B in Lacock (http://www.oldrectorylacock.co.uk/) - we stay there every year for badminton - its lovely. Lacock usually fills up quite quickly for badminton though.
