Today was her first good walk (an hour) and her first on a longer leash. She can be leash-free in three more days, at which point she'll also have finished her medication. Hurrah!

You must be thrilled, she looks and obviously feels great. I'm curious, does the eyelid close over her eye when she goes to sleep? By the way, you don't sound anything like I imagined - although I don't really know what I expected you to sound like, if that makes any sense at all

Yes. Her eyes act in sync; the prosthesis moves, blinks, dims in bright light, goes on snooze mode etc. It's pretty amazing.

I sound *hideous* on film: a gay scouse bloke with tranny tendencies.
