Stella wraps up for the snow

Winter officially started in NYC today (couple of inches of snow; -7c, but felt more like -11c with the windchill

So, it was on with the asbo hoodie and the hiking boots

(meaning she can last 90 minutes outside, as opposed to ten).

Stella isn't looking too impressed to be back wearing her winter gear!

Did you find it difficult to get her to wear the booties? Beastie would probably savage me if I tried to get her to wear a pair of those! Thankfully our winters aren't as horrid as yours!

They zip up and stay on just fine, even when she's running around very fast. The first winter we walked her on the snow and ice, she would scream at the top of her lungs, so we swallowed our pride and bought some boots.

She falls asleep in our lap while we put them on, and merrily walks along, no problem

Hee hee. Do Boxers feel the cold? I know that they're short-haired, but they seem quite robust...
