I snapped my collarbone and have a metal plate.

So when my other shoulder started playing up i thought oh great!

Anyone had this issue?

How has it affected your riding?
(not much i hope)

Im having it injected tomorrow.

Im hoping the injection will sort it and i wont have any more issues.

I'd be interested to know too as I broke the other end of my collar bone just over two weeks ago and the doctors only realised on Tuesday when I went for a repeat xray. Oww! How long does it take to get strong enough to ride?

I suppose it stands to reason that if you are using your other side more and are compensating for the original hurting side, that you will get strain in the non-broken side. Are there some physio exercises you can do to strengthen the weaker side and stretch out the over-used side?http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/forums/images/icons/icon6.gif
