Has anyone used a vet prescription for steroids at a pharmacy?

Also any idea of cost?

Yup I did altho price depends on what strength of tablets u r getting.
I paid £5 to get script from vet then if I remember right think was bout £200 for 5 boxes of 56 prednisolone 25mg

How many did you have to give? talking to the vet 5 boxes wouldn't even cover a week.

Pony is 13'2. Steroids are for a skin condition.

I have, but going to speak to senior vet today.

Just asking for others experience as have been advised 100 1mg tablets twice a day.
