hi..can someone help me with a few questions as ive asked about and im getting conflicting answers.
iv been thinking of getting another horse after not riding for 20 years!
as ive been off the horsey scene for some time ive no idea of the costs involved anymore.. im going to be keeping it in the sale/urmston/ashton on mersey area, so any recommendations would be greatfully received. (im not too bothered about amazing facilities as i only want to hack out..more interested in value for money)
so heres the questions..
how much these days is
a bale of straw
" " " hay
the usual hard feeds
shoeing
stable rent/grazing
PL insurance (which we never had in my day!)
shavings
rubber mats(again.. never had those in my day)
to give you an idea..my horse will be used only for light hacking..no showing or jumping. the horse will be around 15 h
