STICKY BUM JODS - RECOMENDATIONS PLEASE

Now for anyone interested, everything is still going really well with Dealer - we are still (i say 'we' but i mean 'I' as he knows it all and i dont!!!) having weekly lessons. My canter transition has improved, although i think he also sort of knows what i want him to do when i bounce about on his back, flap my hands up and down, put a vice like grip on his sides and yell 'CANTER'!!
I am still struggling with the canter out hacking as he puts his head up in the air and rushes off, which in turn causes me to hold him tightly in panic. i have - with my instructors advice, put a flash on him which i think has helped except he now feels like a pogo stick and sort of reminds me of that winnie the pooh cartoon of Tigger - you know the one 'The wonderfull thing about tigger ect ect!!'
I want to get some new joddy's - and was thinking of getting some 'sticky bum' ones - just in case!
what can you recomend please?

Pikeur Lugana every time - I love them - much better than the cheaper versions and I have one pair going strong at 3 years old of nearly daily use - wash and dry overnight and really comfy

I second Miller and the Pikeur, have tried cheaper ones and they don't last and work out more expensive in the long run.

Thirded - can't beat them & they are the comfiest breeches I have owned.

Yup yup me to Pikeur all the way, iv had a pair for at least three years still going strong!

cavallo or pikeur. i have the pikeurs for competing, and will second the fact that they last for years and years (one pair i bought in 89 and are still going strong), and cavallos for the yard. the cavallo chagall full-seat are a lovely fit, a lovely feel, and very sticky! btw go for cavasoft or other synthetic seat, not the true leather seat, as these eventually go rock-hard with washing.

they're about £140 ish but when they're still going strong in 10 years, and the cheaper ones lasted a year or two, they're so worth the money.

Pikeur Laguna's too, I totally love mine, I've only had them since Burghley and I desperatley want another pair. They are so so comfy, majorly grippy, make me look slimmer

wash and wash and they are very highly recommended.

If I get another pair then I'll happily throw all my other pairs out and just have 2 pairs of jods/breeches

i'v got a few pairs of GS and they are very nice to wear, and work lol

also a pair of earth horse they are fab...
