Mine had joint injections in the hocks on Friday having being diagnosed with spavin last month.
His was picked up during a scan for something else. We thought it was his back causing the problems solely although we now know he has spavin and kissing spines.
He was very stiff coming out of his box, dragging his toes, constantly changing legs behind on the lunge and also at it's worst it appeared he was lame in front (opposite fore to his worst hock).
The outcome is "guarded" is what I have been told but I also know a lot of horses that have been diagnosed and after a period of treatment have gone back to doing allsorts.
