Hi
My welsh c 20 yr old, has been diagnosed with OCD in one stifle joint. We believed it was and injury to start with but after xrays were sent to a surgeon, he has said OCD.
Has anyone else heard of this in this age range? everything i have searched on the web shows it as a very young horses problem.
Steriod injectins have had no effect and now we are talking about surgery. However the vet has said there is a good chance that this could make her even more lame.
Any knowledge would be good
