Stiffness After Hunting!

Hi guys,
I wondered if anyone could give me any advice/experience/ moral support! I posted in the hunting forum yesterday that my horse dumped me out hunting yesterday and took of down a Tarmac lane. He was sound last night but today is stiff in his hind legs. I left him out, his tendons are slightly warm and puffy. I'm hoping it is just stiffness from yesterday. It was his 1st time out and he's 7 with no other issues if that helps. Panicking a little really!
 
Hard to tell online - and particularly so soon.
Hope he is fine - but I agree with meesha, ring vet for a chat, and monitor closely.
I would be cold hosing couple of times a day - cant hurt whatever it is..

Yes, this is what I would do too. The vet will probably only tell you to do the same thing - cold hose, turnout 24/7 and see how he looks in a few days. If no better then book a vet visit. You can always call your vet for a chat though if you're concerned.
