Any age, breed, colour, just must be a safe happy hacker and a gelding would be better then a mare. Between 15.2 and 18hh. Very loving and experience home awaits. x

Presuming you've looked on all the usual suspects (Horsemart, Nfed, Tack shop notices boards, Friday-ads etc), i would suggest putting a wanted advert on Nfed if you havent already, it mainly deals with the new forest area but a friend of mine has put wanted ads up defore and had a good response. Hope you find something suitable

Have you looked at any of the horse charities such as redwings, ilph, bluecross?? They sometimes have riding horses on there, you pay a small price, when I got my horse was £200 I paid and was on full loan to me, with field checks yearly and help and advice on hand whenever i needed it. And if my circumstances ever changed they would have him back.

I have been looking for a horse for loan (picking my new boy up tomorrow

)
In the end i put a wanted add on horsequest i would recommend it to anybody, the standard of horse's i have been offered is incredible!!so definitely give it a try!
Hope that helps

Thankyou, i will put some wanted ads up tomorrow and see what happens.
We went to look at one this morning but what she was asking was unreal, you must do this, he must not do that, dont ever do this etc etc. It felt like if he got a cut on his leg they would take us to court!!!
It really wouldnt have been enjoyable as we would be worrying about every little thing!
Such as shame as the horse was perfect.
