Still carrying a winter coat?

Has anyone else's horses not shed yet? Daisy was last clipped on the 11th January and you can still see the clip lines on her belly really clearly. I'm sure it came out last year. Everyone else's horses seem to look all glossy

My Cushings boy is sporting the 'just clipped look' even though quite alot has come out .... he will be rid of it by July and then in August his winter coat will start to come through

What's really odd about it is that it isn't coming out in handfuls. A few loose hairs but that is it. She lives out rugless so I guess thats why but she's only rugless because she was too hot with her rug on because she's all hairy....

My boy still looks clipped! His un clipped bits started coming out about a fortnight ago but its stopped again now, his clipped bits have grown almost like his summer coat. Its mid may

Our pony was clipped last in December and the clipped part has grown some summer coat but the rest is still hairy and not shedding alot and he only and a light weight on to keep him clean and dry. Can't wait for a complete summer coat

My mare still has hairy bits but starting to look better. For some strange reason whenever she sheds she gets round bald patches and looks diseased!

Another horse I have, (tb) is still looking like a wooly mammouth!

My welshie still has loads of coat left but TBx's has only got a patch on her chin left. Neither of them were clipped for the winter and ponio wasn't rugged much so was a real hair ball

Mine was clipped in Dec, and still has very wobbly clip lines showing in all their glory, along with a very hairy back

I wondered if it was breed related as our other mare was clipped at the same time and treated exactly the same regarding rug wearing (or lack of!) and her summer coat came through last month
