Still looking for a cheap 'spare' rug!!

Well I've got a rug sorted for both of my horses for this winter but could do with a spare ready just incase!! As it's a spare, I don't want to be spending loads, I also want a standard neck with clips for detachable neck cover as I've heard these give you a better chance of preserving your mane!! I also want heavyweight, minimum of 300grm, and as high a denier as possible to ensure it lasts relatively well!!

So the question is, which make to go for?? I've had weatherbeeta's but would want the orican, but these aren't cheap for a 'spare'!!

It seems to tick the boxes, anyone had any experiences of them???

I would jump at Amigo's as I love my 1200D 200grm one, but the heavyweight ones have increased in price, would be having to pay about £80 without a neck cover!

That's because you take the neck cover off and don't use it! :p

I have honestly come to the conclusion after trying many different rug brands, that if you want your horse to have a full mane you cannot use a neck cover.

Ive never had a issue with this.

But it's too heavy for my hairy cob. I've just bought a 180g one from them, got it for £38 altogether, so hopefully it's going to fit him. Heard good reviews about them from people on here and it's a mega high denier.

I know that's not the size you need but they relist news ones pretty frequently so I'msure they'd have the right one soon. Also, I think they all come with neck attachment fittings but you might have to confirm this :)
