still looking for livery

Umm - title says it all.
I did find somehwere but its fallen through so I am looking again and I seem to be looking for the impossible, DIY livery, with good grazing (24/7 for some of the year at least), menage and good hacking.

Does anyone know of any vacancies central Herts. I need one space now-ish and 1 the first week of June.

Both are bigs boys, 17.1hh.

Don't know if there are any spaces but have you looked at Flamstead area. I can recommend Phuddephats. Trowley Bottom is OK - but more children/family type yard.

I think Flamstead is too far - need it closer to Welwyn. But thanks for replying!

Found livery! Sid moved in today and Rollo after his rehab in June YAY! Thanks for suggestions guys
