Still on the look out for a DIY yard - Guiseley/ Otley/ Ilkley/ Horsforth/ Addingham

Hi, wanting to move my 2 horses to a DIY yard with good grazing and nice stables in the Guiseley/ Otley/ Ilkley/ Horsforth/ Addingham/ Bingley/ Baildon sort of areas. School would be good but not essential, good hacking and friendle people!
If anyone knows of anywhere please let me know! Thanks
 
Hi, I live in the area. There are 3 yards on Addingham Moorside. 1 is at Swartha, the other as you come up the hill out of Silsden, and the final one is on Straight Lane coming up from the top end of Addingham. I only know as my parents live up there with their own facilities. Not sure what the rules are for turnout in the winter though. I also know Croft Builders have a small yard too.
There is Farfield on the way to Bolton Abbey, and I know of another DIY yard on the old road to Skipton from Addingham pre-bypass. You get to it by taking the Silsden Road from Addingham, and just over the roundabout you take a right hand turning and it's about 1/2 mile up the lane.
Really sorry but don't know the name of any of the yards.
My mum keeps one of her horses at a good yard in Burley, but they only do full livery.
Would also recommend Wikefield Farm livery yard, but may be a little far for you - I could get there in 20 minutes from Ilkley, and the hacking is directly onto the Harewood estate.
I also went to see a horse on a yard that was between Guiseley and the airport on Carlton Lane, again don't know the name of the yard, but it's halfway between the top of Guiseley & Carlton on googlemaps.
There's also a couple over Oakworth way. Sorry, not much help, but may be worth a drive out.

Yes spoken to Lantwood and that is up for sale. I think Farfield only do Full livery... I know the one in Burley and it's nice but i aren't wanting full livery... I am on the waiting list for the one that i think you are talking about on Carlton Lane! And as for the others in Addingham i didn't realise they were all there so they may be worth a look! And i think Moorside only do Full as well... My friend is about to move to Wikefield and i now think they don't have any spaces, my mum isn't prepared to travel that far so thats out of the question for me... I have contacted Grange Farm in Arthington and they do have spaces but again my mum isn't prepared to travel quite that far!
